There are many ways to naturally suppress your appetite without using prescription medication. You probably would never guess that pickles are good for appetite suppression. You’ll need to make sure the pickles you buy aren’t loaded with sugar, artificial coloring, or flavors.
In addition to checking the labels for additives, you can usually tell if pickles are all natural by their coloring. If they are bright yellow they’re likely filled with artificial coloring. An entire jar of pickles may only cost you 50 calories and can take up a large amount of space in your stomach, thereby giving you a “full” feeling for hours.
